Will Logan has worked for his entire career as a general insurance broker, commencing in 1989 as an office clerk. In 1997 he undertook a sole management buyout of the Hobart based firm where he was employed. The firm's name was duly changed to W Logan & Associates and is now one of Tasmania's leading insurance broking houses.

Neal Shoobert works as a Practice Development Coach.

 
He is uniquely qualified for the role having previously run an accounting practice in partnership for 8 years, having performed the function of a leading consultant within Western Australia and currently CEO of a three partner accounting firm in Perth.

Neal provides practical, value adding solutions to assist accounting firms to help their business clients to cope with the challenges facing small companies in an increasingly complex business environment. One of these solutions is ProFee. Neal's clients who have taken on ProFee have been impressed by how many of their clients are pleased to be offered the option of paying by the month to say nothing of the relief in some practices of no longer trying to manage monthly payment options ‘in-house.’
