Professional Fee Funding Contract Preparation & Storage Instructions

Step 1.  Setting up Practice ID & New Password at  www.profee.com.au

 

·        Type in your existing Practice ID (i.e. the 11 character UPPER CASE combination you have always used)

 

·        Type in lower case, the word update as your temporary Password & click OK.

 

·        A new screen will appear. Type in lower case, the word update as your Old Password

 

·        Now decide & type in a New Password for your firm. (Your firm’s password will be encrypted and nobody will be able to access it except your firm. You can use a combination of letters and numbers, upper and lower cases.)

 

·        Repeat the new password as New Password Again then click on Change Password

 

·        The next page will notify that you have been successful so click to log in again

 

·        This will take you back to the Home Page. Ignore Login Failed, Please Try Again and type in your Practice ID & Password then click OK

 


Step 2.  Select New Contract or Existing Contract

 

If you are entering this part of the Site for the first time or you are preparing a first-time contract for a client, click on New Contract.

 

This will open:            Preparing a Contract Offer

 

·        Take note of the Quick Tips at the head of the form

 

·        You can save a Contract Offer at any time by clicking on the Save Contract button. See Using the Save Contract Option below for more details.

 

·        The rest of the contract preparation process is identical to the old system.


Step 3.  Using the Save Contract Option

 

You can click on the Save Contract button at any time during the preparation process. This will take you to the Contracts Successfully Saved register. There are three options:                             New                 Edit                  Delete

 

Edit: Allows you to go back any time to complete or alter an existing Contract Offer. This will probably be the most popular option you use.

 

New: This has the same function as Edit but it allows you to create a new Contract Offer using the information on an existing Contract Offer, without losing the existing Contract Offer. 

 

The only variation that will occur in all Saved Contracts is an automatic update to real-time interest charges.

 

Delete: Allows you to “spring-clean” and tidy up as you wish. 

 

 

Password Security: Loss of ID & Password / Request to change Password

 

If you lose or forget your password, contact ProFee Support on 1300 721272. We will re-set your Password to “update” so that you can go back & repeat Step 1.

 

We strongly recommend that you should change your password if:

 

(1)   Any person with knowledge of the password leaves your practice

(2)   At any time your internal risk management protocols deem it time to change your password.

(3)   At any time you feel you should change your password.
