Step 3. Using the Save Contract Option
You can click on the Save Contract button at any time during the preparation process. This will take you to the Contracts Successfully Saved register. There are three options: New Edit Delete
Edit: Allows you to go back any time to complete or alter an existing Contract Offer. This will probably be the most popular option you use.
New: This has the same function as Edit but it allows you to create a new Contract Offer using the information on an existing Contract Offer, without losing the existing Contract Offer.
The only variation that will occur in all Saved Contracts is an automatic update to real-time interest charges.
Delete: Allows you to “spring-clean” and tidy up as you wish.
Password Security: Loss of ID & Password / Request to change Password
If you lose or forget your password, contact ProFee Support on 1300 721272. We will re-set your Password to “update” so that you can go back & repeat Step 1.
We strongly recommend that you should change your password if:
(1) Any person with knowledge of the password leaves your practice
(2) At any time your internal risk management protocols deem it time to change your password.
(3) At any time you feel you should change your password.
